In my role as a Trainer/Facilitator at Metropolitan Police, I co-lead training sessions on behalf of the New Met for London program, designed to increase the awareness of Frontline officers as to how they apply their professional values and behaviours when dealing with the public and their colleagues. By facilitating group discussion, I ensure that delegates develop a better awareness of victim trauma responses and a better understanding of how the use of stop/searches can be used to better meet community expectations of keeping Londoners safe.
