The company currently employs 380 people, has an annual turnover in excess of £120 million and is part of the international voestalpine group.\\\\n\\\\nThe business of voestalpine Metsec plc is divided into the following divisions:\\\\n\\\\n-) Engineering\\\\n-) Steel Purlins\\\\n-) Steel Framing (SFS & Metframe)\\\\n-) Cable Management\\\\n-) Dry Lining\\\\n\\\\nThe international voestalpine group (MNC) has an annual turnover of €12 billion and employs around people in more than 50 countries worldwide.\\\\n\\\\nResponsibilities:\\\\n\\\\nCompany Director\\\\n\\\\nFinance / Accounts, IT, HR, Legal, Tax, Payroll, Pensions\\\\n\\\\nWorking closeley with the Managing Director, Full Ownership and Accountability for the day to day running of the Finance Function, Accounting IFRS & UK GAAP (monthly & quarterly reporting, forecasting & budgeting), Financial Analysis / KPI\'s, IT, Risk Management, Commercial Insurances, Capex and Investment Analysis, Defined Benefit Pensions (Final Salary Pensions) and Defined Contribution Pensions (De-risking, Liability Management, Asset Management, Pension Scheme Governance, Fiduciary Management), Audit, Tax, Share Save Scheme, Benchmarking, Liaising with Bank & Group Treasury, Leading Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), R&D / Patent Box, Business Strategy, Private Medical Insurance, Credit Control, Credit Insurance Atradius & Coface, Debt Collection, Utilities (Electricity and Gas) Procurement, IT Systems (Hardware & Software), Employee Benefits (Health Cash Plan, Employee Assistance Programme, Employee Discount Platform, Employee Reward Scheme, Share Incentive Plan), Managing relationships with auditors, lawyers, banks and other external advisors, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Divestments, Working with and supporting the Executive Management Team to further optimise the \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
