Commercially driven senior finance leader with a track record of improving profitability, strengthening controls and delivering scalable finance infrastructure across PE-backed and high-growth international organisations. Specialises in EBITDA improvement, cash optimisation, global reporting and M&A support. I’ve worked in multi-entity organisations in professional services, SaaS, FMCG, technology and life sciences. Many of my roles have been in periods of change — rapid growth, leadership transitions, acquisitions, system implementations or scale-ups — where steady financial leadership and clear communication were essential. I enjoy partnering closely with CEOs, boards and operational teams to translate numbers into meaningful insight. For me, finance is not just about control and compliance — it’s about helping people understand performance drivers, manage risk with confidence, and make informed strategic choices.
