I-105 Express Lanes, LA County, CA; MTA and Caltrans District 7: Civil design lead for the production of plans, specifications and estimates for the addition of two Express Lanes in each direction on I-105. This is achieved by converting the existing single high-occupancy vehicle lane to an Express Lane, and widening I-105 to accommodate the additional Express Lane. The project is being delivered via the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) delivery method. This is a 14-mile project, and contains multiple bridge widenings, retaining walls and sound walls.
