I’ve delivered transformation across Europe and Asia, shaped operating models and strengthened control environments, working alongside exceptional teams.I transitioned into the second line of defence to deepen my risk expertise and later joined the Retail Operations leadership team on secondment to uplift quality and controls. I chose, with regret, to retain my substantive 2LOD role, a decision shaped by timing rather than fit, and continued to deliver oversight of complex, Board reportable programmes.
