I\'ve dedicated nearly three decades to the K-12 education sector, taking on pivotal roles from educator and technology integration specialist to Distance Learning Coordinator and Director of the Essex County Educational Technology Training Center (ETTC). For the past 15 years, I\'ve served as Director of Technology and Administrative Services, where I\'m responsible for steering IT strategy development, driving digital transformation initiatives, and implementing robust school safety protocols.My extensive career has provided me with a wealth of experience in curriculum and instructional design, professional development programs, district operations, and strategic planning. Furthermore, I specialize in ensuring comprehensive cybersecurity and data privacy compliance, weaving these essential protocols into all educational practices to safeguard sensitive information and digital assets.Beyond my direct responsibilities, I serve as the President of NJETA (New Jersey Education and Technology Association) where I am passionately committed to fostering the next generation of tech professionals. I\'m an active participant in industry conferences and knowledge-sharing platforms, continually advocating for the importance of continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies in education.
