Fillizola has over thirty years of insurance business & technology leadership experience.Chuck is an executive level business leader with experience in organizational leadership, revenue generation, product management, corporate development, P/L ownership, and strategy within the property & casualty insurance industry. In his most current role serving in the capacity as General Manager, running P/L for the largest vertical within a leading software firm in the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry.Chuck has previously led business and technology operations at multi-national Insurance carriers, a specialty MGA, software and services businesses and a large reinsurer.Chuck has led numerous vendors selection processes throughout his career. He has also also implemented both vendor-based and organically built technology solutions for multiple companies in the property and casualty business. Strategic Planning and Execution: Experienced in leading organizations through transformational change; including organic product development, acquisitions, new partnerships, shifting customer demands, use of data to drive decisions, along with many other technological innovations.Structure and Processes: Built up both start-ups and incubators, from concept to action, assembling high performance teams, funding, licensing & regulatory, forecasting, planning, along with exit transition. Business Development: Created repeatable processes to drive revenue growth. Spearheaded partnerships, channel alternatives, M&A, and other corporate development efforts.Board Experience: Served on the board of a leading insurance solutions provider, additionally as a strategic advisor to other organizations in Property & Casualty business. Mr. Fillizola has both \"buy-side\" and \"sale-side\" acquisition experience. Engaged from inception of process to post-sale integrations including transition of operations and technology.
