ABOUT FILIPPO ZABORRA

Continuous improvement and project management, with a primary focus on digital transformation initiatives and cross-functional projects, have been the main expertise that I’ve developed with on-field work experience and through PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma education. During my master\'s degree in management engineering, I initiated my professional journey with an internship and then I took on the role of Lean Specialist. In this capacity, I’ve managed innovative projects within the company\'s strategy, including PLM implementation, as well as improvement projects primarily in the R&D and Operations areas. Following this experience, I transitioned into consulting within the manufacturing industry sector, where my responsibilities include project governance, process re-engineering and change management support, plus, as a Lead Advisor, I\'ve contributed in the offering strategy definition too.More recently I\'ve joined Leo Pharma as Operational Excellence Associate Manager, where reporting directly to Italian CEO I\'m responsible for Lean strategy deployment across all the department. My responsibility is to support initiatives for the improvement of business performance, leading lean activities and providing training and coaching to spread continuous improvement throughout the company.I consider myself as an highly organized person, and I put a lot of passion and dedication into all the activities that I undertake.
