Advising The Neiman Marcus Group on the overall management of its large and important Corporate Collection. Assessing and reorganizing the collection as a truly manageable and real valuable asset. Reorganizing and building an updated and comprehensive digital archive for easy access and reference within the company. Updating valuations for proper insurance coverage. Consulting on necessary investments for proper up-keep, storage, installation, restoration and reframing of selected works. Consulting on new acquisitions to complement new store designs, working closely with architects, designers, store managers, and corporate brand identity and communication teams to deliver the most successful art installations tailored to each store, space and local client interests. Researching and implementing multiple avenues for selected de-acquisition to monetize un-utilized assets while finding forgotten treasures in the process. Advising the executive team on new ways to include works of art within the new Neiman Marcus’ overall customer experience and brand development strategies being implemented across the 36 stores in the US, while bringing back the groundbreaking vision of founder Stanley Marcus to make art an integral part of a true luxury shopping experience.
