Lead improvements to IMOS workflows across chartering, operations, trading, and finance, while also supporting enhancements to other freight applications to drive process efficiency. • Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT, ensuring the smooth delivery of system enhancements across IMOS and additional freight platforms. • Collaborate closely with developers, presenting and refining user stories in estimation sessions and ensuring technical alignment with business requirements. • Contribute to product roadmap planning, helping prioritise enhancements based on business value, stakeholder input, and technical feasibility. • Represent IT on the Change Advisory Board (CAB), validating and implementing system changes across core freight systems. • Conduct stakeholder workshops and system demos, producing detailed documentation to support adoption and change management. • Provide support for troubleshooting, optimisation, and user adoption of IMOS and other freight applications. • Operate within an Agile framework, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and iterative delivery cycles. • Work cross-functionally with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to align freight application capabilities with operational needs.
