ABOUT FILIPPO COLONNA
He is a founding partner of ColonnaCaramanti with Marena, Corporate and Tax consulting firm. Until December 2018, he was acting as partner for Caramanti Ticozzi & Partners, for which he dealt with corporate and tax control, litigation and pre-litigation, tax ruling, Transfer Pricing, Appraisals and Purchase Price Allocation Procedures. He appointed as an Expert by the Civil Court of Milan concerning significant leveraged buyout mergers. In recent years it has proposed and concluded significant tax ruling procedures regarding intangible assets. He gained his experience at Deloitte & Touche, in Milan as a senior auditor for medium-big companies with high complexity. He has been often involved in technical opinions, due diligence, and appraisals. He is an independent appraiser and expert witness under Milan Civil and Criminal Court on e-commerce, stock exchange, and bank disputes. He is a member of NedCommunity, The Italian Association of independent directors, and he is Inspiring Mentor for Young Women Network Association. He obtained a master’s degree in Corporate Tax Law at Università Bocconi in Milan.
