For more than 25 years, I have helped leading European banks and insurers become composable organizations — capable of responding with flexibility and resilience to geopolitical, regulatory, and competitive pressures that are reshaping the financial services landscape.My work sits at the intersection of technological innovation, AI strategy and organizational transformation. I guide institutions from the why of transformation — building conviction and clarity at C-suite level — through to the how, ensuring that strategic vision translates into real adoption across people, processes, and technology.What makes my approach distinctive is continuity. Most advisors work on one end of the problem. I focus the entire journey — from the boardroom to the operational teams — without losing the thread because value realization makes the ultimate difference.Over the last five years, I have built and led a European industry practice close to 20 senior partners across Milan, Paris, London, Frankfurt, Munich, and Amsterdam. This experience has taught me that transformation at scale is never just a technology challenge. It is a leadership challenge.
