I\'m a MSc in mechanical engineer, I did experience in vehicle and mechanical design with support of cad 3D,Fem analysis and moldflow software in a multinational and in SME enterprise. I became R&D design manager in Ariston group at the beginning of 2024. I manage design premium team in order to reach platform target for introduction of a new commercial machine in terms of timing cost and reliability. I manage sustaining activities for all platform with the aim to fulfill yearly targets for ranges already in production. I manage a team located both at the R&D site and the production plant, ensuring collaboration between departments to achieve project goals and optimizing sustaining activity. I see my future in a modern company with a role of Manager/director in technical/management position. I think I can say that I am a open person and I am willing to help others when I can. I am flexible and can adapt to changes. I try always to get to the bottom of problems. I enjoy being in company and like team work.
