The Cost Cap Adjudication Panel has been established to create a level playing field between all Formula One teams and encourage sustainable spending for the long term development of the sport. The Cost Cap Adjudication Panel is made up of independent Judges to hear cases in respect of breaches of the Cost Cap rules.

I am fluent in English and French, and I am admitted to the Supreme Courts of the Italian Bar.
