My practice focuses on Italian and cross-border M&A transactions and on private equity and structured finance transactions. I experienced in the areas of national and international corporate acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and investments, including in all real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions, leasing and real estate finance. I assist national and international operators, mutual funds and real estate companies and has gained significant experience in general commercial transactions, having provided day-to-day assistance to major companies in the industrial, real estate and management training areas. In 2016 I\'ve been in the firm’s New York Office and gained experience working in international M&A transactions.
