WELCOME TO THE MOTHERSHIP:Based in the heart of Bristol, The Mothership is a dedicated bouldering centre, which is a safe and welcoming space for people of all backgrounds and abilities. We have a strong and supportive climbing community that will encourage and support you on your climbing journey.The centre has walls of every angle to suit experienced climbers and complete newcomers, as well as a range of courses. We have an extensive range of training facilities including a well-equipped gym, a functional fitness rig, a woody, a huge campus board, a MoonBoard, endurance circuits and fingerboard stations. There is even a treatment room for those aches and pains.Our large cafe is open to anyone. We offer fresh, locally roasted coffee and delicious snacks. We are open to the public, so feel free to swing by even if you’re not climbing. The climbing shop at The Mothership has climbing clothes, shoes, some equipment, guidebooks and knowledgeable staff who can help you with shoe fittings and specialist climbing advice.Visit our Access page to find out more about parking, step-free access and other accessible facilities.EVERYONE IS WELCOME COME AND TRY CLIMBING:Bouldering is a form of climbing performed on low-level walls above crash mats. It’s an easy sport to get into and doesn’t require the use of harnesses or ropes. Plus you don’t have to complete a course to start bouldering. We think it’s a great social activity and a brilliant way to get active with family or friends. Haven’t climbed before? Getting started is really easy. Living in London since 2013, I have continued to develop and improve my career in hospitality and short let management. I\'ve graduated in Hospitality and Tourism Management and MBA in International Marketing. Soon after started an internship at a top rated independent hostel. Along the way took over Maintenance and later Assistant General Manager, responsible for managing evening operations staff in a busy bar and restaurant of the 75 bed hostel and Pub/ Restaurant. Later spent several months improving standards and systems at a 105 bed independent hostel. Meanwhile, competed my bachelors in June 2017, and my MBA in August 2018. For more than five years now I have been balancing full time work and study in London. I recently worked in property management/holiday-lettings operations, continuously learning and improving my skills in the start-up tech and property management world. While based in the UK I\'d like to become more remote in time. I have developed strong administration and time management skills working as an operations coordinator. dealing successfully with property management issues. I can deal with a large volume of issues, prioritise tasks efficiently and serve the best interests for all parties by listening and understanding customers and client needs. I what to bring into the next adventure my mixture of my experiences. I\'m in continuous development to manage operations more efficiently and effectively, while exploring the potentials of tech tools to maximise performance. I\'m devoted to business and product success, by attention to detail, careful planning and implementing, always multitasking, and handling large volumes of enquires and issues. Successful teamwork is my main focus for a healthy and productive environment. As well as guest/client focused services, and maximising productivity while improve systems.
