I have spent over 20 years working at the intersection of technology, processes, and business, designing systems meant to operate in the real world — with imperfect data, real constraints, and long-term consequences.I am the founder of Ficopola.net, where for more than two decades I have designed, developed, and continuously evolved digital platforms, system integrations, and automation solutions, with a strong focus on robustness, scalability, and durability over time. I don’t simply write code — I build structures designed to grow, adapt, and endure.In recent years, I relocated to Italy, expanding my work as a strategic technology consultant and software developer, operating across Brazilian and European contexts. This transition reinforced a principle that has always guided my work: technology is never an end in itself — it is a strategic instrument that must align with people, processes, and real operational needs.I have hands-on experience with complex legacy environments, heterogeneous system integrations, gradual modernization strategies, and data-driven decision ecosystems. I value clear architecture, conscious trade-offs, and pragmatic solutions that solve today’s problems without creating tomorrow’s constraints.Beyond technology, I am also a volunteer museum guide in Italy — an experience that sharpens my ability to explain complex ideas with clarity, historical context, and narrative structure.
