   Leading the Data Management Office responsible for all of Kelly’s Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics Platform Engineering. Managed and mentored multiple team leads and managers. Many were engineers. Responsible for AI, ML, and Data Science initiatives for the entire organization. Formed a Data Science team from ground up by hiring highly talented data scientists and students through internship programs. Defined data management strategy including Analytics, MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality, and ensured alignment with corporate strategy. Leader responsible for end-to-end analytics for 3 of the 5 BUs in Kelly, and Shared Services like HR, Marketing, Recruitment, Accounting, Payroll, Legal and Compliance teams. Brought in Product Thinking to change the way the team delivered Analytics. This helped in delivering iteratively and solving business problems with data. Organized teams into Agile Pods to deliver iterative Products. Helped the team to deliver products quickly by adopting Scrum and Kanban. Managed the entire Analytics Team P&L, Contracts, Vendors, and Resource Planning. Supported data governance initiatives, implemented an Enterprise Data Catalog, launched the first Corporate Balanced Scorecard, led the team that created enterprise wide standard KPIs. Standardizing the data platform on a unified spark based Lakehouse in Databricks.
