Education is more than a profession for me—it’s a calling. From the classroom to the boardroom, I have spent my career championing equitable access to education, fostering inclusive learning environments, and building sustainable programs that empower students, families, and educators. With over a decade in educational leadership, I have navigated the complexities of school operations, financial management, and strategic planning—always with the mission of creating lasting impact. As an Executive Director, I transformed struggling institutions into thriving educational communities by implementing equity-driven policies, securing critical funding, and developing strong partnerships that expanded opportunities for learners. Currently pursuing my PhD in Leadership for Intercultural & International Education, I am deeply committed to bridging cultural gaps and fostering global perspectives in education. Whether leading early childhood programs, developing strategic initiatives, or advocating for underserved communities, my focus remains the same: to create learning environments where every student—regardless of background—can succeed. I am now looking to bring my leadership and expertise to a mission-driven nonprofit, foundation, or higher education institution that shares my passion for educational equity, community empowerment, global learning initiatives, and the arts.
