As Managing Director, I am accountable for all aspects of Fidelity’s products and services for plan sponsor clients who offer their employees defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans, health & welfare administration, and health savings accounts through Fidelity. Fidelity’s mission is to provide the best customer experience in the financial services industry, and it is my role to represent the voice of my clients to ensure we deliver that experience. In collaboration with HR and Benefits executives, I lead the team to consult, design, and implement efficient and effective workplace benefits programs. I anticipate customer needs and business challenges and serve as an advocate within Fidelity to help employers maximize their benefit spend and their employees achieve financial well-being.
