Plans and coordinates all phases of project management on remediation projects, involving moderately complex geoscience work, in accordance with PST/DCRP Section guidelines; evaluates technical submittals for adherence to regulations and specified contract requirements, drafts documents to address technical reviews and queries, and develops scopes of work for site investigations and corrective actions.2. Oversees contracts/work orders to achieve corrective action at PST/DCRP Section sites.3. Reviews invoices under prevailing agency guidelines and required time frames.4. Represents the agency at technical functions, seminars, and external meetings. Performs special technical or administrative tasks as assigned.5. Communicates with internal staff, the regulated community, consultants, and other governmental entities.6. Updates databases and maintains project files.
