Head of Learning and Development @Public Practice

As the Head of Learning and Development, I lead our career transition course, the Associate Programme. I support our public sector officers to thrive in their new roles by guiding them through this exciting career change and helping them confidently step into a new challenge in the public sector.Public Practice was founded as a social enterprise in 2017 to build the public sector’s capability to improve the quality, equality, and sustainability of places. We are a small social enterprise dedicated to supporting local government in building and developing its placemaking capabilities. We do this by helping built environment professionals transition into careers in the public sector and celebrating and supporting the work of those already there.
