Process Automation & Continuous Improvement are my passion. I love to implement state of the art AI technologies into production lines. 1.5+ year of Process/Manufacturing Engineering experience within a high-volume EV manufacturing environment at Tesla. Specifically, proficient in new product introduction from concept to launch with a deep understanding of manufacturing process optimization and modification. Excellent team player with expertise in 3D Experience, CATIA V5, Python and MATLAB. As a graduate in Technology and Innovation Management, I have developed and deployed Machine Learning models for Object Detection, Image and Video Classification to automate processes. Led the development of Tesla Model Y (2025) from VB to SOP, contributing to cycle time analysis, assembly sequence planning, work instructions preparation, MES configuration. Developed Machine Learning model with 89% accuracy to automate time analysis (Human Action Recognition). Built web app using FastAPI to detect unhealthy trees from satellite images in Harz region of Germany.
