ABOUT FELIX GOROVODSKY

As an experienced Information Technology (IT) professional, I specialize in IT strategy, project management, and digital transformation. I have worked in Asia, Europe, and the United States, delivering excellent services in IT infrastructure, application adaptation, and cloud services. My skills in managing multiple tasks effectively have allowed me to find innovative solutions to complex problems while adhering to regulations. During my time at INTERPOL in Singapore, I developed solutions and applications to help enhance police capability worldwide, including drug matching databases and lost/stolen art and enterprise document management databases. I also helped to ratify new IT security policies for cloud-based infrastructure and solutions, utilizing industry security concepts from Kaspersky and Cyber Security Professionals. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring individuals and have an entrepreneurial mindset. I have earned multiple certifications, including Microsoft Office, A+, Microsoft IT Professional, VMware, ITILv4 Foundation, Project Management Professional, and Scrum Master Certified. Over a decade, I have also developed strategic IT roadmaps to increase international innovation, operations, and business transformation utilization of multiple different SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS services. Additionally, I have delivered and completed over 80+ Office 365 Migrations, enabling remote work for employees to become digital nomads. In my professional experience, I have managed global IT projects with a combined value of several million euros, utilizing Scrum and Agile project management styles. I have led a multi-million dollar project to construct a new data center in Central America with security and straightforward networking design. I have also effectively communicated with stakeholders on different levels of complex organizational structures in multiple other languages.
