I was born and raised in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. I\'m a football fan - playing and watching. I love to read and travel. I also love to connect with people and learn from them. I\'m always up for a friendly coffee chat. I believe education can change the world, so I volunteer as much as I can to coach the next generation of leaders. My father is my most significant example and the most intelligent person I know. Analytical thinking was the default way during my whole childhood and teenage time. Workwise, I\'m a senior executive focused on building high-performance product teams and organizations. I\'m a humble, honest, and hard worker person. Due to my financial services background, although my primary skillset is engineering and product strategy, I\'m always focused on building a sustainable business. Here are the achievements I\'m most proud of during my career:1. I started my first job when I was 15. I was lucky to have a great mentor who taught me that the best way to get something done is to research and learn before implementing it.2. I had my first international experience at age 20. I worked in the USA as a.NET developer with a highly senior team. Getting this opportunity at a young age has shown me that everything is possible if you focus and have competence. I technically led the most significant Latin American Office 365 implementation project - at the time, This project was critical to enable Microsoft Cloud strategy in 2013. Together with a fantastic team, I led MZ\'s digital transformation. We built an extraordinarily successful and scalable company, and I\'m proud to be a partner and keep the innovation journey.5. I wanted to learn more about the world. I decided to move to Germany in 2019 and explore the world outside Brazil. I\'ve migrated with an executive role to a European country, which is a vast achievement comparing our educational system and conditions.
