ABOUT FFRANCON WILLIAMS

Ffrancon Williams : BEng(Hons); Fellow in Manufacturing Management (FMM); former Fellow of Institute of Directors (FIOD).I am the former Group Chief Executive of Adra, north Wales\' largest Housing Association, and concluded my tenure in May 2023 to pursue fresh business and leisure interests having steered the organisation to new heights. Since then, I\'ve held non executive director positions across a wider range of businesses including Caulmert Limited (a multi-disciplinary consultancy), Bwyd Da Mon (a charity addressing food poverty) and First Choice Housing Association (a specialist housing provider). I also holde a board advisory role with Wool Insulation Wales (a start up business)My career spans senior leadership roles in both the Public and Private sectors with each endeavour fuelled by a passion for fostering positive and enduring legacies brought about by improving business performance, securing growth, enriching customer experiences and nurturing leadership talent. With over 20 years experience in affordable housing within Local Government and Housing Association sectors and previous experiences in impactful senior roles in Railway Infrastructure Management and Manufacturing Management, I am an experienced and successful leader. I have embraced change throughout my working career and have successfully implemented effective change management and organisational culture change. My adaptable skills and experience are transferrable across various different industry sectors, evident in my track record. I also offer expertise as an executive coach and facilitator and of contributing strategically in NED positions.
