Adapted to different positions and responsibilities within my role. Became flexible in picking up new responsibilities across different levels of service and different levels of stakeholdersinvolved. I collaborate and build relationships with my colleagues through my adaptability in multiple roles, allowing me to be a team player-Unit radio lead; this responsibility meant that issues were communicated thoroughly to the floor supervisor, as a result, issues were quickly addressed with minimal disruption to service, allowing safety to be upheld and delivering service in an organised manner-Through customer service, I use negotiation and up-selling skills to get a better outcome for both ATG and the customer to ensure they are happy and have the best outcome possible. I used my influence to achieve a better outcome for multiple parties-Led the bar, ensuring that we had enough stock for the customers and managingcolleagues upwards, coordinating colleagues higher up towards the needs of the business,and meeting the sales targets of the business (money spent per head)
