I’m an Engineering Manager and systems engineering leader with experience spanning medical robotics, AI-enabled hardware, and teleoperated robotic systems.My core strength is systems execution: designing system architecture, driving integration, and removing ambiguity across hardware, software, and manufacturing. I specialize in creating clarity in complex, safety-critical programs—aligning teams, defining interfaces, and translating product intent into executable engineering plans. I’ve led systems efforts from early architecture through verification and deployment, delivering measurable improvements in cost, reliability, and execution velocity.At BD, I currently lead a systems engineering team supporting complex flow cytometry instrumentation platforms, with ownership across system architecture, requirements, integration, and cross-functional execution. Previously, I’ve worked on robotic medical devices at Johnson & Johnson, AI-enabled inspection systems at Liminal Insights, and teleoperated robotics in startup and scaled environments.My long-term focus is building and leading systems engineering organizations in robotics, autonomy, and embodied AI; where integration rigor, safety-critical thinking, and execution discipline are non-negotiable.Outside of work, I explore human-centered robotics applications in wearables and consumer platforms.
