I am presently engaged in the role of an apprentice specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and business development at Renault Group. My area of interest lies in the strategic maneuvers adopted by companies within the transportation sector, with an emphasis on their comprehensive consideration of all stakeholders. Furthermore, I am keen on studying how these companies proactively shape their corporate landscape through the implementation of a revitalized Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy.In tandem with my professional pursuits, I have undertaken the authorship of my master\'s thesis, which centers on the optimal methodologies for the acquisition of distressed enterprises, integrating strategic frameworks for restructuring and reorganization.
