ABOUT FETHI ORAN
Internationally experienced professional with a multicultural background originally Turkish, raised in Romania, and having lived, studied, and worked across Belgium, Scotland, Albania, and Norway. My academic training in Religion, Society, Global Issues and Diversity has equipped me with a deep understanding of human rights, social inclusion, and intercultural dynamics.I work within the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration supporting individuals through integration, education, and employment pathways. I bring analytical insight, cultural competence, and a global perspective to roles that demand clarity, empathy, and effective public service. My work focuses on bridging the gap between complex social policies and the lived realities of the people they serve, drawing on expertise in the intersection of society, and human rights. Through this lens, I contribute to strengthening integration processes in Norway by ensuring that policy objectives translate into meaningful, human-centered outcomes.In addition to my fieldwork, I have experience with funding and grant applications, supporting projects that promote social inclusion, community development, and equitable access to opportunities.
