Lead the Analyze Insights team, owning all data visualizations, aggregation APIs, and data projection layers behind the Analyze product vertical. Also responsible for the Multi-survey Analysis product, which delivers advanced analytics tailored for enterprise customers.We build data visualization components as platform tools—reusable and configurable across teams—to ensure scalability and consistency. I drive technical strategy, team execution, and cross-functional alignment to evolve our analytics capabilities and deliver measurable product impact- Orchestrated MySQL-to-OpenSearch migration of ~48TB, reducing p90 latency from 4s to 190ms via tiered HOT/UltraWarm storage architecture- Designed and Implemented a Continuous Release process for a monolith used by several teams. Moving away from weekly grouped releases into a lightweight, automated process that removes cross-timezone blockers and improves release stability and predictability- Designed and currently driving a phased migration of legacy visualization system (Pyramid MVC → React/TS/GraphQL), 65% of use cases in 2025 have been migrated with major UX and data improvements- Implemented milestone-based and in-place rollout strategies to accelerate delivery, reduce risk, and maximize customer impact during ongoing modernization efforts- Reduced coupling between legacy backend models and new visualization layers, laying the groundwork for future product expansion and tech stack independence- Introduced agile delivery loops within an in-place migration effort, turning a high-risk rewrite into a continuous improvement stream with measurable customer benefits.
