As part of the Global Blades Manufacturing Support Tooling team, I am responsible for defining, validating, and implementing cutting-edge tooling and machinery for blade manufacturing facilities worldwide, including in Portugal, Denmark, the UK, France, the USA, China, and India. My role involves driving the development of critical equipment such as glass cutting machines, resin mixing machines, and blade drilling machines, all while adhering to strict SGRE procedures, HSE standards, and global cost and quality guidelines.Key responsibilities include:Defining product requirement specifications (PRS) for tools and machineryManaging procurement, commissioning, and validation (FAT, SAT) of equipmentOverseeing equipment handover (TOC) and providing ongoing support to manufacturing plantsEnsuring machinery installation aligns with SGRE global standardsWith a background in mechanical or manufacturing engineering and a passion for renewable energy, I bring a hands-on approach to solving technical challenges, ensuring quality standards, and driving successful cross-functional projects in dynamic, multicultural environments.
