Led the Residential Real Estate (RRE) product program for LATAM-based clients since March 2023. The portfolio of approximately US $1billion under my scope has shown steady growth. My direct involvement was holistic and involved daily strategic risk/profit decisions, directly impacting Citi’s regional revenue.• Responsibilities included the design, structure, and presentation of every new RRE business opportunity for Director’s approval. I had direct interaction with senior management, banking teams/directors, and LATAM clients.• Participated in commercial real estate, aircraft, and tailored financing. Reviewed credit documentation with legal department. Negotiated and underwrote term sheets directly with banking team and clients. Managed facilities’ covenants.
