I provide assessment, advisory, coaching, and training services to clients across various industries and sectors.These are some of the things I\'ve helped organizations with in the recent months: Gain more visibility and better understanding of the work their teams do, how decisions are really made, and where work gets stuck. Understand (and resolve) the tensions between aspirations for higher business and organizational agility and the constraints imposed by their current processes and culture. Use quantitive metrics to make predictions, manage delivery, and guide improvement initiatives. Coached leaders to leverage the empowerment they\'ve been given, and use it to empower others within their available degrees of autonomy and competence. Create credible roadmaps for product development. Manage end-to-end value streams that go from discovery and inception all the way to final delivery, while at the same time also organize the work of agile teams that take part in that value stream.
