ABOUT FERNANDO A. PÉREZ

For over 20 years, I’ve worked in media with a focus on Hispanic-American audiences.I served as Vice President of Content at Univision, overseeing strategy across 20 radio stations, and held leadership roles across iHeartMedia, CBS Radio (Audacy), Spanish Broadcasting System, Radio One (Urban One), Entravision, and Latino Media Network. My work has centered on understanding audience behavior, shaping content strategy, and aligning programming with real-world dynamics. In 2025, I launched ¡víah! — a simple way of seeing clearly, especially in moments where direction isn’t obvious.Today, I work with leaders and operators navigating transitions, bringing clarity to decisions that carry real consequence. My work sits at the intersection of culture, consciousness, and communication.I completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School, and hold certifications in general management and digital media from USC Marshall. I’ve also trained in coaching and embodied practices.I work on decisions when things aren’t fully clear — and still need to move.
