Sales are over $ 1 billion with a budget managing over $ 85 million.• Assisting the Manager in Daily Operations to oversee the IN/OUT bound of raw material and finish goods, averaging 200 trucks daily movement, by appropriate processes and budget to avoid any extra costs. • Overseeing and Coordinating Team members for a smooth operational flow in the company so teams can communicate effectively and appropriate training, including production analyses with capacity machinery vs workforce with company performance.• Develops, associates to achieves business unit goals, objectives and KPI’s for customer ratings, premium freights, obsolescence, inventory, annual department budget, cost reduction and staffing efficiency.• Management oversight FA, MMOG, internal audits and IATF standards/requirements for each OEM.• Leads and managing the groups MP & L, Packaging and Production Control department to be the company benchmark.• Implementing Strategies and Policies for the fundamental role for success. Projects, Lean, Standards, IATF. Encourage strategic initiatives for the enhancement of the company.
