Optimization of production, equipment efficiency, and cost. Set optimal gas injection rates on both gas lift and gas assisted plunger lift wells to maintain critical velocity to lift production to surface from injection point downhole. Also optimized Rod Pump wells by shooting fluid levels, creating rod designs using Rodstar, adjustments of set points on Pump Off Controllers, and monitoring both Surface and Downhole cards. Look over ESP’s as well. Trend temperatures, Hz, and pump intake pressures. Review well test and make adjustments accordingly to optimize Wells. When required to do so, Supervised Workover Rigs/ Pulling units (PESI CERTIFICATION) on both vertical and horizontal wells. Worked failures, clean outs on both vertical and horizontal wells, New completions, and occasionally water injection wells.
