Provided staff oversight and technical expertise during the construction of: • Philadelphia School District; Solis Cohen Elementary School – Provided preconstruction services, constructability review and bid preparation for the new 140, SF Solis Cohen School project. 04 /18 - Present -(50 mil) • Centennial School District - ESCO Project -Served as Project Manager at Centennial School District to provide maintenance upgrades to its two middle schools Klinger Middle School and Log College. Scope of work at both schools included structural repairs, new building skin (using a new brick veneer system), replacement of the HVAC and controls systems, electrical service replacement, window replacement, toilet renovations and ADA upgrades. 01 /18 - Present -(30 mil) • DCIU Aston Project - Served as Project Manager for the DCIU Aston Campus Construction Project. A 165,214 SF of additions, renovations and site work improvements on 15 acres of land. Scope of work included the construction of two new buildings. The child development center building 38,653SF designated with new classrooms, administrative space, and support areas. The Special Education Programs building 54,379 SF included new classrooms, Gymnasium, Kitchen, Cafeteria, labs and administrative space. The renovation phase included MEP upgrades, two new kitchen labs with new walk-in freezer and coolers area, trade workshops, new classrooms and administrative space. Sitework improvements on 15 acres included new stormwater, two water basins, underground utilities, parking lot areas and outside playground areas. 07 /17- Present -(50 mil)
