Lead the operations and delivery of a comprehensive diabetes management product with a particular emphasis on product operational design, business process improvement, quality control, business analytics, vendor relationship management, and IT requirements development. Owned key product delivery processes, such as marketing campaign development, IT requirements build, vendor relationship management, account team support, data exchange with 3rd party vendors, and customer and client issue resolution.
