ISO9001 certification achieved at LA plant in Dec 2019, under process to get Chicago facility certified in 2021. Customer complaints management implementing corrective and preventive actions based on Problem Solving’s Teams for warranty and OEM issues. Continuous Improvement on Quality KPIs, focused on Scrap, rework, internal failures reduction to reduce the Cost of Quality meanwhile support on effectiveness and productivity increasement. Guiding Supplier components to solve issues and improve their performance though development programs. Leading Kaizen programs to optimize the facility lay-out improving the material flow and production cycle time and developing Value Stream Mapping for main process. Implement Quality Preventive approach onto development product phase based upon tolls such as P-FMEA, capability analysis and Control Plan. Maintain products in compliance with governmental regulations and statutory requirements.
