   Program execution of KBR-Zachry Joint Venture (KZJV) Commissioning activities. Interface planning of engineering, procurement, modules fabrication & construction with PC & CSO. Estimates analyses, staffing plans and procedures development scheduling. From legacy experience of programme critical power generation requirements, a Timeline diagram was developed to validate the Primavera schedule of the sequence of GTGs/HRSGs/ Substations start up to support Commissioning activities of 36 Ea 1.5 daily Tons LNG trains using electric motor-driven compressors. Monitored Co-Console database early development, and Constr./Comm. daily progress of CC/RFE/RFSU of 1,500 B-ITRs.
