About Fernando di Croce

I am a passionate veterinarian and scientist with 20 years of experience in the animal health industry and academia. I am committed to helping agricultural business owners and professionals succeed and grow through innovative solutions. I served for six years as Head of the Department of Residency and Projects at the College of Veterinary Medicine of the University of the Center of the Buenos Aires Province (UNICEN). I have completed a PhD in Reproductive Physiology at The University of Tennessee. I have spent the last 10 years helping animal health and genetics companies by growing their business through dedicated efforts in research, product development, strategic planning, innovative problem solving, statistical analysis, data analytics, technical writing, people management, and technical sales. Over the past 6 years, I have developed analytical and consulting tools to help grow the genomics business more than $20M, I have led a team to develop one of the most important bio-economic index in the dairy industry and I have helped to grow the genomic business more that 60% annually through significant contributions on product development, analytical and economic tools, and geo-expansion strategies.My interest focused on solving complex problems through innovative research and data analytics. I have particularly enjoyed to research on genomic technology applied to genetic improvement with emphasis on fertility, health and performance in cattle. I have extensive experience in university-industry knowledge and technology transfer through educational and applied extension programs in animal breeding, reproduction, genetic-genomic, animal health, predictive analytics and economy to veterinarian practitioners and dairy & beef producers.I am passionate about helping agricultural business to success through innovative solutions to help produce and develop healthier, sustainable and productive farm animals.
