With over 15 years of experience, I am a passionate and dedicated Senior Education Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) who leads and contributes to various projects and initiatives to improve access to quality and relevant education and labor market systems in Latin America and the Caribbean. As part of the Education Division, I currently manage the portfolio of operations in Guatemala and Mexico, where I collaborate with local stakeholders and partners to design, implement, and evaluate innovative and evidence-based solutions to address the challenges and opportunities in the education sector. Previously, I was also responsible for the portfolio in Honduras, and before that, I worked as a Labor Markets Consultant, where I co-led several programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and employability of workers and job-seekers in emerging and high-demand sectors. I have a Master\'s in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, with a focus on political and economic development, and a Bachelor\'s in Psychology from the University of Chicago. I have strong leadership, project management, analytical, and communication skills, and am fluent in Spanish and English, and have advanced knowledge of Portuguese and French. I am driven by the mission of advancing social and economic development in the region, and bring a diverse perspective and experience to the teams of which I am a part.
