ABOUT FERNANDA CHANQUINI

Hi, I\'m Fer! I’m a Brazilian/Italian Human Resources professional, currently living in Berlin. I hold a degree in Psychology from Brazil, and I am currently pursuing the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology, a prestigious program spanning four renowned European universities: University of Coimbra, University of Valencia, University of Barcelona, and University of Bologna.Since September 2024, I’ve been living in Portugal and Spain, fully dedicating myself to deepening my theoretical and practical expertise in the field. In 2026, I moved to Berlin to work as a People & Culture Intern at Masterplan, a German Saas Ed-tech company. Before moving to Europe, I gained hands-on experience in HR Tech, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics while working with tools such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Learning Management Systems (LMS), HubSpot (for employer branding), Miro, Asana, Pipefy, Zapier, and AI-driven analytics (ChatGPT-4). I also worked extensively with Onboarding, Mental Health Initiatives, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion programs, and Business Process Automation (BPA) in start-ups and SaaS companies.I’m a big enthusiast of exploring how psychology and technology intersect to enhance organizational well-being and performance.
