Castell@College, an AHLA Foundation initiative, is a program that showcases career paths for young women. With successful female senior executives volunteering their time, we are fortunate to have held programs in universities around the globe. Largely volunteer driven, I am responsible for attracting and training panelists and populating our panels with diverse panelists every semester.
