As Global YouTube Strategy Lead, I’m responsible for setting the strategic direction for our Footballco channels across the world. I manage performance analytics, content planning, and experimentation to ensure every decision is data-driven and audience-focused.Day to day, I work closely with production, editorial, design, and marketing teams to make sure our content performs at the highest level. I focus on optimizing everything from titles and thumbnails to Shorts strategy, retention, and content planning. I also identify new growth opportunities by tracking trends, studying competitors, and understanding our communities. Alongside this, I mentor regional YouTube strategists to ensure local executions align with our broader global vision.
