Over my professional experience, I have been responsible to understand and analyze the drivers behind the business strategy and vision, plan and manage the Business Analysis and ERP Project on day to day basis. I have experience in execution and management of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Human Resource and Finance & Operations) and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 implementations. Plan and manage the business analysis team on the project, ensure quality and timely delivery of project by conducting planned review tasks. I have experienced multiple project life cycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations from conception, business case, development, design and implementation. I have also had the experience for conducting IT Advisory engagements. Functional Consultant at ERP implementation life cycle from initiation till go-live stage. Strong familiarity with Human Resources, Payroll, and Financial modules. Act as the primary liaison between Business and Technical teams, ensuring that the IT and ERP solution meets the business requirements at every step of the process. Managed clients’ requirements gathering, identifying key issues and weaknesses in legacy system and organized the project plan and strategy for ERP implementation. Led the process design, design authority and implementation of Time sheet management application for a German client in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Talent supported by new forms through PowerApps. Led the process design, design authority and implementation of Pakistan Payroll in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 supported by new forms. Develop and design user guidance manuals with software functionality and process.
