Planning facility progress, development and new investment project execution. Plan, develop, and validate equipment and processes.• Developing and designing custom machinery, fixtures, automated production system and robotic production system and manufacturing equipment for bus production line, building them with suppliers.• Planning the production process, coordinating the contribution of purchasing department and partner companies/suppliers/subcontractors for new installations & tests / project executions. Organizing trainings for users and maintenance teams after commissioning of new systems.• Preparing technical specification when needed. Negotiating with suppliers about technical specifications of new investment projects, evaluating technical specifications, suppliers and price balance and making cost analysis. Developing specifications and manage RFQ process.• Planning the project metric. Managing subcontractors to ensure the planned project timeline and the standards of the company • Following and implementing up-to-date technologies to expand solution portfolio of the plant.• Feasibility & market research for new investments.• Following project processes to create opportunities for improving project results.• Completing assigned project steps until SOP.• NX-Engineering Client experience.
