So, how did I get to HR from a Sales beginning? It all falls under the same word: HELP.I am a mom, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend and a co-worker, and I\'m proud to say that I LOVE to wear many hats no matter the environment I am in, as long as all of them tie back to helping others feel happy and accomplished.I have over 5 years of international and multicultural HR experience in industries like Beverages, Telecommunications and Advertising, where I have been in charge of managing recruitment and staff retention practices, employee compensation, benefits and records, internal communication, corporate culture and events. One of the challenges HR practitioners encounter, is having to be a mediator in the workforce. I\'ve had scenarios which involved solving staff issues by using my attuned interpersonal skills and multicultural sensitivity, and working with upper management to create innovative solutions that benefit both parties.
