Accurately provide funding information on loan rollovers, rate settings, drawdowns, and repayments in a timely manner to other departments within the Bank• Meticulously maintain and update customer control sheet and daily loan diary to record day-to-day transactions of the loan amount, loan maturity, pricing, and special conditions• Effectively provide documentation and communication support to the KYC team to facilitate new customer onboarding and periodic reviews of existing customers• Professionally prepared 30+ internal customer rating packages by spreading and analyzing historical financial records, accounting for qualitative factors, and adhering to the required rating methodology• Proactively assist the business development team to prepare and compile credit proposals for new facilities, credit renewals, and amendments• Diligently check outstanding items on bank reconciliation report and escalate any discrepancies and required corrective action to the accounts department
